Since hosting the first BIG Fest in Edinburgh in 2018, Esports Scotland has been built by a team of people who love competitive gaming. We are always looking for enthusiastic people to help run our events, create content and support the community. Most roles are remote and flexible, and every one of them is a great way to build your portfolio in the esports industry.

Events Team
Interested in helping ESS manage tournaments and events in and around Scotland? We’re looking for someone like you!
Team Logo Designer
Esports Scotland are looking for some talented designers with a view to taking on some esports logo design. From team logos to organisation branding, our designers should display a wide range of design skills and services. Remote, paid per project.
We work as an esports community, and at any time may have various teams being represented. You will be assigned to various projects with design needs detailed within. You will be the point of contact for clients via our Discord or internal message systems, keeping them up to date with your design progress, and you will report directly to the heads of Esports Scotland. All of our work is done under non-disclosure agreements until the project is finished or the client has given approval.
- Core skills: a proven ability to translate a design brief into a finalised product based on the client’s needs, good communication skills and fluent English. Additional languages are a benefit, as esports is a global market.
- Bonus skills: business card, brochure, apparel and social media banner design.
- Requirements: 12 months+ design experience, a portfolio of past work, Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite. Suitable for junior designers or design students; applications with portfolios receive higher priority.
- Payment: per project, depending on the contract type and the client’s budget. You only invoice for completed work.
Video Team
We are looking for enthusiastic video content creators to join our team for the Esports Scotland YouTube channel. We want to grow a team of creators to publish original content every day: round-up videos of the SEL, montages, top 5 lists, reviews, let’s plays, gaming news and other video game and esports related videos.
Stream Coordinator
Know your way around OBS, have a decent internet connection and want to help further the broadcasting of esports in Scotland?
Content Writer(s)

Social Media Manager
